Prohibited products may be removed without notice.

1. Orders & Payments

1. Commission & Fees

• BigZone charges a transaction fee on successful sales.

• Current standard marketplace commission: 3.8%.

• Additional promotional or service fees may apply where selected by the seller.

Where available, sellers may use BigZone Fulfillment Services.

Fulfillment partners may provide:

• Pick-up

• Packing

• Storage

• Shipping

• Delivery

Fulfillment fees and terms may vary by location.

1. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

• Packaging standards

• Product authenticity

• Warranty commitments

• Customer support obligations

1. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

BigZone shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
