BIGZONE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At BigZone, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how orders may be cancelled.

By placing an order on BigZone, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to a courier partner.

Cancellation approval depends on the order status at the time of the request.

2. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel an order if the order status is:

• Pending Payment

• Payment Verification

• Processing

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

3. SHIPPED ORDERS

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers may instead request a return in accordance with the BigZone Return & Refund Policy.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Digital products and services are generally non-cancellable once:

• Download access has been provided

• Files have been delivered

• Service work has commenced

• Service has been completed

This includes:

• Digital Downloads

• E-books

• Templates

• Online Courses

• Store Design Services

• Product Listing Services

• Marketing Services

• Website Development Services

5. SELLER CANCELLATIONS

A seller may cancel an order if:

• Product is unavailable

• Inventory error occurs

• Pricing error occurs

• Product is discontinued

• Fraudulent activity is suspected

Customers will be notified of any seller-initiated cancellation.

6. BIGZONE CANCELLATIONS

BigZone reserves the right to cancel orders where:

• Fraud is suspected

• Payment cannot be verified

• Seller violates marketplace policies

• Product violates marketplace rules

• Technical errors occur

• Legal restrictions apply

7. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

Where payment has been successfully completed and an eligible order is cancelled:

Refunds may be issued through:

• Original Payment Method

• Store Credit

• Wallet Balance

Refund processing typically takes:

7–14 Business Days

depending on the payment provider.

8. ABUSE OF CANCELLATIONS

BigZone reserves the right to:

• Limit excessive cancellations

• Suspend accounts engaged in abusive cancellation behavior

• Investigate suspicious activities

Repeated misuse of the cancellation system may result in account restrictions.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
